Orders are shipped: UPS and Priority Mail
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must call (631) 608-8413 or email us within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
All of our merchandise is "New as received from our Distributors" unless noted in the description as "Used" or "Damaged". We will make every effort to replace the product if inventory allows.
If inventory is not available, we will issue a refund or R&D Credit promptly. All returned items must include original packaging and invoice.
Refunds or credits exclude product shipping or return shipping costs. Items that are refused during shipment (ie: customer refuses delivery) are subject to a 20 percent re-stocking fee. |
